Geissler Building Care (formerly Pacific Building Care) is a three generation company. We have seen the area grow from strawberry fields and orange groves to world class corporations. The thing that hasn't changed is the need for first class janitorial/sanitizing services.

your needs are met by your janitorial workers. We
believe that customer satisfaction is a result of
janitors that are treated well.
Looking For Work?
We pay accordingly with $1.00 over minimum wage for
the nighttime janitors up to $22.00 per hour and
paid on national holidays. All workers get a $50.00
cash bonus at Christmas. The workers are bonded,
insured by workers' compensation and thoroughly
trained by their supervisor.
