After a 5 year break, Ted didn't like retirement so he quit. He runs the ship almost every day and is available to talk to clients about their wishes or new contracts. He does the bidding of jobs that his team finds, it's his favorite part.
Rodrigo Belalcazar
Vice President, Manager Of Operations
Rodrigo is the controller of all the operations of the company both day and night. He is very hands on interacting with the supervisors, janitors, and Judi in the back office, He makes things run smoothly.
Before (1968-2004)
Pacific Building Care was founded in 1968 by Ted Geissler with the goal to be the best family owned janitorial service; that would be their only business and that they would stay in a close geographical area, strictly local.In the following 38 years the company grew to over 900 employees cleaning 20,000,000 square feet every night. It wouldn't have been possible without the many clients that we had longtime vendor partnerships.
